Human S-Phase Kinase Associated Protein 1 (SKP1) ELISA Kit

SKP1 functions as the adaptor core of the SCF (Skp1–Cullin1–F-box) E3 ubiquitin ligase complex, bridging the catalytic Cullin scaffold with substrate-recognition F-box proteins to drive ubiquitin-dependent proteolysis of key cell-cycle regulators such as p27, p21, and IκBα.
