Human S-adenosylmethionine decarboxylase proenzyme (AMD1) ELISA Kit

Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.625-40 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.38 ng/mL. The intra-assay coefficient of variation is 6.1%, and the inter-assay CV is 9.5%. Recovery in serum is 94-106% with an average of 100%, while recovery in plasma is 96-108% with an average of 102%. Linearity has been validated across serial dilutions (1:2, 1:4, 1:8, 1:16) of serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma samples.
