Assay Genie's Human RYK ELISA Kit provides researchers with a quantitative tool for measuring RYK (Receptor-like Tyrosine Kinase) levels in human samples. RYK is an atypical receptor tyrosine kinase that serves as a Wnt co-receptor, mediating non-canonical Wnt signaling cascades involved in axon guidance, neurogenesis, cell migration, and tissue morphogenesis during embryonic development.
