Human RXRa (Retinoid X Receptor Alpha) ELISA Kit (HUES03602)

The Assay Genie RXRα ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of Retinoid X Receptor Alpha in human serum, plasma, and biological fluids using a sandwich immunoassay read on a standard microplate reader at 450 nm. RXRα is a ligand-activated nuclear receptor that forms obligate heterodimers with partners such as PPAR, LXR, FXR, VDR, and RAR, making it a target of interest in studies of lipid metabolism, glucose homeostasis, inflammation, and oncology research. Each kit contains a pre-coated 96-well plate, lyophilized standards, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, and wash and substrate buffers sufficient for 96 assays. Reconstituted standards and serum or plasma samples should be kept at 2–8 °C during use, with longer-term storage of unopened reagents at -20 °C recommended to preserve antibody activity; avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles of aliquoted samples. Typical intra-assay and inter-assay precision falls below 10 % CV, and the assay shows minimal cross-reactivity with RXRβ and RXRγ isoforms.
