Human RTN2 ELISA Kit (HUFI08505)

Reticulon 2 (RTN2) is an endoplasmic reticulum-resident protein of the reticulon family whose shorter RTN2B splice isoform is genetically linked to hereditary spastic paraplegia type 12 (SPG12). The Assay Genie Human RTN2 ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of RTN2 in human research specimens using a microplate-based immunoassay workflow.

Supplied as a complete research kit, the package includes antibody-coated wells, lyophilized recombinant standards, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer, substrate solution, and stop reagent. An absorbance-based readout is captured on a standard microplate reader, and a standard curve enables interpolation of unknown sample concentrations across parallel specimen runs.
