Human RSU1 ELISA Kit (HUFI06703)

This Assay Genie kit targets RSU1 (Ras Suppressor Protein 1), a ~33 kDa leucine-rich repeat protein that participates in integrin-linked signaling and focal adhesion assembly, where it binds LIM kinase 1 to regulate downstream cytoskeletal responses. RSU1 is active in studies of fibrosis, extracellular matrix remodeling, and tumor cell migration, and modulates Rac1 activity during cell adhesion. The capture antibody is immobilized on a microplate supplied with the kit, and the workflow is configured for in vitro quantification of endogenous RSU1 from clinical research samples. A typical sample volume of 100 uL per well is recommended, and researchers should aliquot samples prior to running the assay to limit repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Standard curve generation and lot-specific performance data are included with the kit documentation, and all reagents are designated for research use only.
