The Assay Genie Human RSPO3 ELISA Kit provides a quantitative immunoassay for measuring R-spondin-3, a secreted amplifier of the canonical Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway that has been implicated in intestinal stem cell maintenance, vascular development, tumor angiogenesis, and bone homeostasis research. As RSPO3 signals through LGR4/5/6 receptors to potentiate Wnt activity, accurately quantifying its concentration in human specimens is useful for pathway-focused studies and biomarker discovery programs.

Built for in vitro research use, this microplate-format kit supports analysis of circulating human specimens such as serum or plasma, with researchers commonly applying it to clinical cohort profiling, oncology screens, regenerative medicine workflows, and studies of gastrointestinal biology. The assay includes a pre-coated plate, lyophilized standards, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer, substrate solution, and stop reagent, supplied in a 96 Assays configuration sufficient for one full plate.

Readings are taken with a standard microplate reader and concentrations are interpolated from the supplied standard curve. Each batch undergoes quality control to confirm lot-to-lot consistency, supporting reproducible data across independent runs. Researchers investigating Wnt pathway modulation, screening Wnt-targeting therapeutics, or profiling patient cohorts for R-spondin-3 abundance can integrate this kit into existing ELISA pipelines without specialized equipment beyond a plate reader.
