Human RSPH9 ELISA Kit (HUFI06698)

This Assay Genie kit enables quantitative measurement of Radial Spoke Head Component 9 (RSPH9) in human research samples. RSPH9 is a structural component of the radial spoke head in motile cilia and sperm flagella, where it contributes to the axonemal architecture required for normal ciliary beating. Loss-of-function variants in RSPH9 have been linked to primary ciliary dyskinesia (PCD), a motile ciliopathy characterized by chronic respiratory tract infections, laterality defects, and reduced fertility. The kit is intended for research use only and supports in vitro studies of ciliopathy, airway epithelial biology, spermatogenesis, and genotype-phenotype correlations. It is supplied as a complete microplate-based reagent set; store components refrigerated between uses and limit repeated freeze-thaw cycles of the standard and detection antibody working solutions to preserve binding activity.
