Human RSK3 ELISA Kit (HUFI08507)

Quantify p90RSK family member RSK3 in human specimens with this ELISA kit from Assay Genie. RSK3 is a serine/threonine kinase that acts downstream of the RAS/MAPK signaling cascade and phosphorylates substrates involved in cell-cycle control, transcription, and cell survival. Measuring its abundance in research samples supports studies in oncology, signal-transduction research, and investigations of cellular stress responses.

The kit is configured for one microplate run and uses a two-antibody ELISA design with an absorbance-based readout. Reagents provided include a pre-coated capture plate, recombinant RSK3 protein standard, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, concentrated wash buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution, and plate sealers. Reconstituted standards remain stable refrigerated; the unopened kit ships on cold packs and should be stored at -20°C or below.

Suitable specimens include human serum, heparin plasma, EDTA plasma, citrate plasma, cell-culture supernatant, and clarified tissue lysate. A 50 µL sample volume is added per well in duplicate alongside the standard curve. After incubation, washing, and signal development, absorbance is measured on a standard plate reader at the appropriate primary wavelength, and analyte concentrations are interpolated from the standard curve.
