The Assay Genie Human RSK2 ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of ribosomal S6 kinase 2 (RPS6KA3) in research specimens. RSK2 is a serine/threonine kinase that functions as a downstream effector of the RAS/MAPK signaling cascade, transmitting mitogenic input to transcription factors and regulators of cell growth. Mutations in RPS6KA3 cause Coffin-Lowry syndrome, and altered RSK2 activity has been reported in multiple oncology and neurobiology studies, making reliable quantification of the protein a useful tool for pathway-focused research.

This 96-assay configuration is formatted for standard microplate workflows and is intended for research use only.
