Assay Genie's RRP36 ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of ribosomal RNA processing protein 36 in human research samples. RRP36 is a conserved nucleolar factor essential for 60S ribosomal subunit maturation and functions as a core component of the PeBoW complex (Pes1-Bop1-WDR12), coordinating pre-rRNA cleavage and ribosome assembly in the nucleolus.

The kit supports investigation of ribosomopathies, ribosome biogenesis disorders, and proliferative diseases where altered RRP36 expression has been documented in the literature.
