Human RRAGB ELISA Kit (HUFI06716)

Built for quantitative measurement of the RagB GTPase, this in vitro research use only kit from Assay Genie targets human RRAGB, a Ras-related small GTPase that heterodimerizes with RagC and anchors mTORC1 at the lysosomal surface in response to amino acid cues. Researchers studying nutrient sensing, autophagy, and growth control use RRAGB measurements to investigate how cells translate amino acid availability into mTORC1 activity and downstream translational regulation.
