The Assay Genie human RRAD ELISA kit enables quantitative detection of the Ras-related associated with Diabetes protein, a ~36 kDa GTPase involved in type 2 diabetes and cardiac hypertrophy pathways. Also known as RAD, this GTP-binding protein functions as a negative regulator of insulin-stimulated glucose uptake in skeletal muscle and heart tissue.
