Human RPS9 ELISA Kit (HUFI06714)

The Human RPS9 ELISA Kit from Assay Genie targets Ribosomal Protein S9, a core component of the small 40S ribosomal subunit that participates in cytosolic translation and ribosome assembly. RPS9 has emerged in published studies as a candidate biomarker in hepatocellular carcinoma and colorectal cancer, where its dysregulation reflects altered ribosome biogenesis. The kit is configured as a complete research use only immunoassay package with a pre-coated microplate and all reagents needed to quantify RPS9 in human specimens.

Each kit ships with reagents for one plate run. Unopened components should be stored refrigerated; reconstituted standards and detection antibody should be aliquoted and frozen to limit freeze-thaw cycles. A standard sample volume is 50 uL per well, run in duplicate, with intra-assay precision generally under 10% CV. The capture antibody is human-specific, with no significant cross-reactivity reported against mouse or rat RPS9 homologs under standard testing conditions.
