Human RPS4X ELISA Kit (HUFI06723)

The Human RPS4X ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is built around ribosomal protein S4, X-linked, a conserved constituent of the small 40S ribosomal subunit required for cytosolic protein synthesis and ribosome maturation. Because RPS4X maps to the X chromosome and partially escapes X-inactivation, it is widely studied in sex-differential gene expression, ribosomopathies such as Diamond-Blackfan anemia, and tumor biology programs that examine dysregulated translation.

This research-use-only kit supports quantitative measurement of human RPS4X in blood-derived matrices and is configured as a complete package with a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standards, detection antibody, and substrate reagents in a 96 Assays format. The workflow uses a 100 µL sample volume per well run in duplicate and fits into standard laboratory ELISA routines with familiar plate-reader readouts.
