RPS3 is a multifunctional ribosomal protein with extraribosomal roles in nucleotide excision repair, apoptosis regulation, and p53 signalling. The Assay Genie Human RPS3 ELISA Kit supports quantitative measurement of this protein across translational research in cancer biology, ribosome biogenesis, and cellular stress response. Supplied as a complete package, the kit includes pre-coated plate wells, calibrated recombinant standard, detection antibody, wash buffer concentrate, substrate solution, and stop reagent, providing enough materials for one full plate run when used as directed.
