Human RPS16 ELISA Kit (HUFI06725)

The RPS16 target (Ribosomal Protein S16) is a core component of the 40S small ribosomal subunit, essential for ribosome assembly and cytoplasmic protein translation. This Assay Genie kit enables quantitative colorimetric measurement of RPS16 protein in human serum-derived and plasma-derived research specimens, using a human-specific capture antibody immobilised on the plate, supporting research into ribosomopathies such as Diamond-Blackfan anemia, haematological disorders, and translation regulation in cancer biology. Each kit contains a pre-coated microplate, capture and detection antibodies, lyophilised standards, and substrate buffer sufficient for individual well-based determinations.
