Human RPS13 (40S ribosomal protein S13) ELISA Kit (HUFI06722)

Assay Genie's RPS13 ELISA Kit supports quantitative measurement of the 40S ribosomal protein S13, a structural constituent of the small ribosomal subunit with roles in ribosome biogenesis and cytoplasmic protein translation. Capture antibody is pre-bound to the wells of a microplate, and the kit includes a recombinant human RPS13 standard, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP, TMB substrate, wash buffer, and stop reagent, all supplied in individual vials within a single kit box. The recommended protocol loads 100 uL of liquid per well, and the absorbance is read on a standard microplate reader. For research use only, including investigations of ribosomal biogenesis, translation regulation, and evaluation of RPS13 as a reference housekeeping gene in gene-expression normalization experiments.
