Human RPRM/Reprimo ELISA Kit

A colorimetric Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie for quantitative detection of human Reprimo (RPRM) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The kit uses a double-antibody sandwich format and is intended for research applications in cancer biology.

Reprimo is a tumor suppressor protein involved in cell cycle regulation, inducing cell cycle arrest and apoptosis in response to DNA damage. The target protein is associated with Uniprot accession Q9NS64. In serum samples (n=5), linearity ranged from 86-96% at a 1:2 dilution, 91-99% at 1:4, and 80-98% at 1:8, with recovery averaging 93% (range 92-100%).

Reagents should be stored at 2-8°C for up to 12 months. The assay procedure involves equilibrating reagents and TMB substrate to room temperature, primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labeled detection antibody incubation for 60 minutes, HRP-streptavidin binding for 30 minutes, and TMB substrate development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, with absorbance read at 450 nm after stop solution addition.
