Human RNGTT ELISA Kit (HUFI06774)

The Human RNGTT ELISA Kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of RNA guanylyltransferase and 5'-phosphatase, the bifunctional nuclear enzyme responsible for installing the 7-methylguanosine (m7G) cap onto the 5' end of nascent mRNA transcripts. Because cap formation governs transcript stability, splicing, nuclear export, and translation initiation, this ELISA is used in RNA metabolism and cell biology research, including studies of mRNA processing, gene expression regulation, and cap-dependent host responses during viral infection. The capture antibody is human-specific, with negligible cross-reactivity against rodent RNGTT homologs, supporting clean quantification across human cell lines, primary cultures, and disease models. Reagents are supplied in a microplate format with standard, detection antibody, and substrate components; aliquot and store reagents refrigerated, protect from light, and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles to preserve antibody activity.
