Human RNF22 ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's RNF22 ELISA Kit is a sandwich ELISA designed for the accurate detection of RNF22 levels in human samples. The assay is reactive with human samples and is suitable for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. It offers a detection range of 0.781–50 ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.469 ng/mL, and uses a colorimetric readout measured at 450 nm.

The kit includes a dismountable ELISA microplate, lyophilized standard, biotin-labeled antibody, HRP-Streptavidin conjugate (SABC), TMB substrate, sample dilution buffer, antibody dilution buffer, SABC dilution buffer, stop solution, wash buffer, plate sealers, and a technical manual. All components should be stored at 2–8°C, with the standard and microplate also suitable for up to 12 months at -20°C.

The assay has been validated for linearity across dilution ranges in serum (85–104%, 92–97%, 80–99%), EDTA plasma (92–97%, 90–101%, 83–100%), and heparin plasma (83–88%, 83–94%, 84–100%). Recovery rates average 98% for serum, 95% for EDTA plasma, and 96% for heparin plasma. RNF22 is a protein involved in regulating cellular processes including protein degradation and DNA repair, and its dysregulation has been linked to diseases such as cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and inflammatory conditions.
