Human RNF167 ELISA Kit (HUFI08529)

The Assay Genie Human RNF167 ELISA Kit supports quantitative measurement of RNF167, an E3 ubiquitin ligase that localizes to endosomes and contributes to cargo sorting within the ESCRT pathway. RNF167 activity has been connected to membrane protein ubiquitination, multivesicular body formation, and restriction of budding viruses, making it relevant to immunology, virology, and trafficking research. Each kit contains a pre-coated 96 Assays microplate, detection antibody, standards, and substrate solution sufficient for 96 individual determinations.
