The Human RNF151 ELISA Kit from Assay Genie targets Ring Finger Protein 151, a poorly characterized RING-domain E3 ubiquitin ligase encoded at chromosome 16p13.3. Endogenous RNF151 expression is largely confined to testicular germ cells, and the human-specific capture antibody shows no significant cross-reactivity with rodent orthologs, making the assay well suited to reproductive biology, spermatogenesis, and male-infertility biomarker research. The kit is also used as a complementary readout alongside western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows investigating ubiquitin-proteasome signaling in cancer cell lines.

Sample handling guidance: aliquot freshly collected specimens immediately to limit repeated freeze-thaw cycles, store short-term at 4 degrees C, and archive at -20 degrees C for longer-term retention.
