Human RNASEH2C ELISA Kit (HUFI06803)

RNASEH2C is the catalytic accessory subunit of the heterotrimeric Ribonuclease H2 complex, which removes misincorporated ribonucleotides from DNA and processes RNA–DNA hybrids during Okazaki-fragment maturation. Loss-of-function variants in the gene encoding RNASEH2C are linked to Aicardi-Goutières Syndrome, an interferon-driven encephalopathy, and altered RNase H2 activity is increasingly studied in cancer biology and genome-stability research.

This Assay Genie kit provides a quantitative immunoassay for measuring human RNASEH2C protein in research samples. The assay uses a colorimetric readout, supplied as a 96 Assays kit format, and is intended for research use only. Each kit includes the reagents required to generate a standard curve and to quantify RNASEH2C in human serum or plasma specimens.

Applications include biomarker studies in autoimmune and neuroinflammatory disease models, screening of patient-derived samples for AGS-related research, and validation of RNASEH2C expression in cell-based or tissue-derived experiments. Compatible with standard absorbance-based microplate readers.
