Human RNA-binding protein 6 (RBM6) ELISA Kit

Designed by Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of human RNA-binding protein 6 (RBM6) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is reactive with human samples. Reported performance specifications include a detection range of 1.56-100ng/mL, a sensitivity of 0.788ng/mL, an intra-assay CV of 5.7% and an inter-assay CV of 9.8%.

Linearity has been characterised in serum (111-119%, 104-114%, 108-116%, 109-121% across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions), EDTA plasma (98-108%, 110-118%, 97-106%, 105-114%) and heparin plasma (109-118%, 96-107%, 108-117%, 102-110%). Recovery averages 104% in serum (range 98-110%) and 106% in plasma (range 100-112%).
