Human RIPPLY3/Ripply Transcriptional Repressor 3 ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is designed for the accurate detection of RIPPLY3 (Ripply Transcriptional Repressor 3) levels in human samples. The assay is validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, using a colorimetric double antibody method with a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and a detection range of 15.625-1000 pg/mL. It targets the human RIPPLY3 protein (Uniprot P57055), also known as DSCR6 or Down syndrome critical region protein 6, and is intended for research applications in epigenetics and nuclear signaling.

The procedure involves a 90-minute primary incubation at 37°C, followed by 60-minute detection antibody binding, 30-minute HRP-Streptavidin incubation, and color development using TMB substrate with absorbance measured at 450 nm. The kit should be stored at 2-8°C for 12 months. Linearity testing showed serum (n=5) at 88-103% (1:2), 82-95% (1:4), and 83-100% (1:8); EDTA plasma (n=5) at 88-105% (1:2), 87-98% (1:4), and 81-100% (1:8); and heparin plasma (n=5) at 85-102% (1:2), 85-99% (1:4), and 80-94% (1:8). Recovery ranges were 85-98% (serum, average 92%), 91-101% (EDTA plasma, average 97%), and 85-100% (heparin plasma, average 92%).
