The Assay Genie RIOK3 immunoassay quantifies RIO Kinase 3, an atypical serine/threonine kinase implicated in ribosomal subunit maturation and innate immune signaling.

RIOK3 expression is elevated in several carcinomas and contributes to type I interferon and IRF3-mediated antiviral responses, making this reagent useful for studies of tumor biology, viral infection models, and kinase signaling pathways. The Assay Genie kit is calibrated for analysis of blood-derived samples, with a recommended sample volume of 100 uL per well, and can be paired with parallel cell culture experiments to compare recombinant kinase activity to endogenous protein abundance.
