RINT1 (RAD50-interacting protein 1) is a candidate tumor suppressor with roles in DNA double-strand break repair, cell cycle checkpoint signaling, and Golgi apparatus integrity. Loss-of-function variants have been linked to familial breast cancer and Lynch-like cancer syndromes, so quantitative measurement of RINT1 expression supports studies of tumor biology and genomic stability. The Assay Genie kit includes a pre-coated plate, lyophilized standards, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, and assay buffers sufficient for the full plate. Recommended sample volume is 100 ul per well. Unopened kits are stored refrigerated until first use; reconstituted standards and conjugates should be aliquoted and frozen to limit freeze-thaw loss.
