Human Ribonuclease T2 ELISA Kit

A colourimetric Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the quantification of human ribonuclease T2 in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The double-antibody sandwich format provides a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and a working range of 0.313–20 ng/mL.

Ribonuclease T2 is an enzyme involved in RNA degradation and processing that contributes to cellular homeostasis, and its dysregulation has been linked to inflammatory disorders, autoimmune diseases and certain cancers, features that make it a candidate biomarker for disease research and therapeutic development.

Linearity has been demonstrated for serum (84–99% at 1:2, 83–92% at 1:4, 81–100% at 1:8), EDTA plasma (82–98%, 84–100%, 82–100%) and heparin plasma (81–93%, 82–95%, 86–95%). Recovery is 88–104% (average 94%) in serum, 92–104% (average 92%) in EDTA plasma and 85–98% (average 96%) in heparin plasma. Reagents are stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.
