The RHPN1 protein (Rhophilin Rho GTPase Binding Protein 1) is a cytoskeletal scaffolding partner of activated Rho-family GTPases that contributes to focal adhesion assembly and actin stress fiber organization in mesenchymal and epithelial cell types. This colorimetric Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of endogenous RHPN1 levels in human serum and plasma samples, supporting research into Rho-GTPase signaling, cytoskeletal remodeling, and related biomarker studies. The pre-coated 96-well microplate uses a human-specific capture antibody with no significant cross-reactivity with rodent orthologues of RHPN1, and the kit is supplied ready-to-run with assay buffer, wash concentrate, and detection reagents.
