Human RHOC ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA, double antibody kit designed for the quantitative detection of human Rho-related GTP-binding protein RhoC (RHOC). The assay is reactive with human samples and is intended as a research-use tool for investigating the role of RhoC in cell migration, adhesion, cytoskeletal organization and related disease processes, including cancer. The kit has a reported sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and a working range of 0.313–20 ng/mL. Recommended sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Recovery has been characterised in serum (range 91–101%, average 97%), EDTA plasma (range 88–97%, average 93%) and heparin plasma (range 95–104%, average 99%). Linearity across dilutions has been demonstrated for serum (94–103% / 87–97% / 91–105%), EDTA plasma (83–98% / 82–101% / 84–100%) and heparin plasma (91–100% / 82–99% / 81–95%). The procedure follows a sandwich ELISA workflow with biotin-labelled detection antibody and HRP-streptavidin (SABC), using TMB substrate with absorbance read at 450 nm. Reported storage conditions for kit components range from 2–8°C to −20°C depending on the component.
