Human RHAMM/CD168 ELISA Kit

Assay Genie provides a Sandwich ELISA Kit for the quantitative measurement of human RHAMM/CD168, a protein implicated in cell migration, growth, and metastasis. The double-antibody assay uses colorimetric detection and is reactive with human samples, accepting serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

Performance specifications include a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and a working range of 15.625-1000 pg/mL. Linearity was assessed at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions, with reported ranges of 86-104% for serum (n=5), 82-101% for EDTA plasma (n=5), and 80-100% for heparin plasma (n=5). Recovery ranges were 90-104% for serum (average 96%), 92-102% for EDTA plasma (average 97%), and 87-98% for heparin plasma (average 94%). The assay procedure involves equilibrating reagents and TMB substrate to room temperature, primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labeled detection antibody incubation at 37°C for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin binding at 37°C for 30 minutes, TMB color development in the dark for 10-20 minutes, and absorbance measurement at 450 nm after the addition of stop solution.

Kit components include a dismountable ELISA microplate, lyophilized standard, biotin-labeled antibody concentrate, HRP-Streptavidin conjugate (SABC), TMB substrate, sample dilution buffer, antibody dilution buffer, SABC dilution buffer, stop solution, wash buffer, plate sealer, and a technical manual. The kit is intended for storage at 2-8°C for 12 months; the microplate strips and lyophilized standard are also suitable for storage at -20°C for 12 months.
