Human RGS7 (Regulator of G-protein signaling 7) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA, Double Antibody kit is designed for the precise detection of RGS7 (Regulator of G-protein signaling 7) levels in human serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, using a colorimetric detection method.

The kit delivers a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and an assay range of 0.313–20 ng/mL. Reported linearity in serum ranges from 88–99% at 1:2, 90–101% at 1:4 and 89–100% at 1:8 dilution (n = 5); EDTA plasma 85–94%, 84–101% and 86–100%; heparin plasma 82–100%, 81–100% and 80–93%. Recovery averages 92% in serum (range 85–105%), 91% in EDTA plasma (range 85–104%) and 97% in heparin plasma (range 93–104%). Reagents are stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.
