Human RGS14 ELISA Kit (HUFI06834)

Targets human RGS14 (Regulator of G-protein signaling 14), a multi-domain scaffolding protein that integrates G-protein and MAPK signaling pathways through its RGS domain, GoLoco motif, and tandem Ras-binding domains. This Assay Genie microplate-based quantitative assay supports neuroscience and cell signaling research, including studies of hippocampal CA2 neuron function, spatial memory, and synaptic plasticity. The pre-coated plate format requires a sample volume of 100 µL per well.

Reconstituted standards and detection antibody can be aliquoted and stored frozen to preserve activity across multiple freeze-thaw cycles. Each kit contains a pre-coated microplate, biotin-conjugated detection antibody, standards, streptavidin-HRP, wash buffer, substrate solution, and stop solution.
