Human RGN/Regucalcin ELISA Kit

Regucalcin is a calcium-binding protein involved in regulating cell growth and differentiation, and is also known by the synonyms gluconolactonase, GNL, RC, and senescence marker protein 30 (SMP-30).

Using a double-antibody sandwich ELISA format with colorimetric detection, the assay has a reported sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and a detection range of 0.313–20 ng/mL. The kit is reactive with human samples and accepts serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.
