Human RFX3 ELISA Kit (HUFI08546)

Quantitative measurement of RFX3 (Regulatory Factor X3), a winged-helix transcription factor essential for ciliogenesis and left-right axis specification, in human clinical samples using the Assay Genie immunoassay platform. RFX3 regulates the expression of genes controlling motile and primary cilium assembly, including FOXJ1 and DNAH5, and has been investigated in studies of heterotaxy, situs inversus, ciliopathies, neural tube development, and respiratory epithelial function. The kit supports biomarker research in developmental biology, cardiology, and neuroscience workflows, including investigations of cilia-related signaling pathways such as Hedgehog and Wnt.

Each plate is provided pre-coated with a monoclonal capture antibody specific to human RFX3, with the assay using a biotinylated detection antibody and streptavidin-HRP conjugate for signal generation.
