Human RFC3 ELISA Kit (HUFI06853)

The Assay Genie RFC3 kit enables quantitative measurement of human Replication Factor C subunit 3 in human serum or plasma using a microplate-based colorimetric workflow. RFC3 is a 38 kDa subunit of the heteropentameric RFC complex that loads proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) onto primed DNA during S phase and participates in DNA repair, cell cycle checkpoint control, and maintenance of genome stability.

Per the product insert, the recommended sample volume is on the order of 100 uL per well, with a standard curve used to interpolate target concentrations and an analytical sensitivity reported in the low-ng/mL range. Researchers apply this kit to studies of DNA replication stress, oncology biomarker discovery, and DNA damage response signaling pathways.
