Human RFC2 ELISA Kit (HUFI06852)

Quantify endogenous human Replication Factor C subunit 2 in research samples with this in vitro immunoassay kit from Assay Genie. RFC2 is the approximately 40 kDa component of the heteropentameric clamp loader complex that loads PCNA onto primed DNA during S-phase replication and nucleotide excision repair, and altered expression of this subunit has been linked in published literature to genomic instability and proliferative changes in certain tumor tissues.

The kit is supplied as a complete package containing all required reagents, buffers, and a pre-coated microplate, removing the need to optimize and validate capture and detection antibody pairs. Materials supplied are sufficient for 96 individual measurements, accommodating small pilot studies as well as larger cohort screens within a research workflow.
