Human Retinoic acid receptor RXR-beta/RXRB ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative detection of human Retinoic Acid Receptor RXR-Beta (RXRB). The assay uses a colorimetric, double-antibody sandwich format and is validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Detection is performed by measuring absorbance at 450 nm after TMB color development.

According to manufacturer specifications, the kit has a sensitivity of 0.469 ng/mL and an assay range of 0.781-50 ng/mL. Reported linearity for diluted samples (1:2, 1:4, 1:8) is 87-104%, 85-103%, and 94-99% for serum; 83-93%, 83-98%, and 84-95% for EDTA plasma; and 80-98%, 80-86%, and 83-100% for heparin plasma. Spike-and-recovery averages are 91% for serum, 91% for EDTA plasma, and 96% for heparin plasma. RXR-Beta is a nuclear receptor involved in retinoic acid signalling, with research relevance in the Epigenetics and Nuclear Signaling area.

Reagents should be stored at 2-8°C for up to 12 months, with standards and strips also suitable for longer-term storage at -20°C as described in the kit insert.
