Human Retinoic acid receptor RXR-beta (RXRB) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie offers a sandwich ELISA for the quantitative measurement of human Retinoic acid receptor RXR-beta (RXRB). The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is reactive with human samples, specifically targeting natural and recombinant RXR-beta (UniProt P28702; also known as NR2B2). RXR-beta is a nuclear receptor that mediates the effects of retinoic acid and regulates gene expression and cell differentiation.

Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.78-50 ng/mL, a sensitivity of 0.27 ng/mL, an intra-assay CV of 4.9% and an inter-assay CV of 8.8%. Linearity has been evaluated in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16. Recovery in serum averages 96% (range 90-102%) and in plasma averages 98% (range 92-104%).
