Human Retinoic acid receptor alpha (RARA) ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of human Retinoic acid receptor alpha (RARA) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The colorimetric assay is reactive with human samples and shows specificity for natural and recombinant human RARA.

Performance specifications include a detection range of 0.312-20ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.13ng/mL. Intra-assay CV is 4.4% and inter-assay CV is 9.7%. Recovery averages 101% in serum (range 95-107%) and 103% in plasma (range 97-109%). Linearity has been validated across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16.

RARA is a nuclear receptor for retinoic acid involved in regulating gene expression, cell growth, and differentiation. Dysregulation of the receptor has been implicated in cancer, developmental abnormalities, and skin disorders, making this kit relevant to cancer research. For research use only.
