Human Retinoic Acid Receptor Alpha/RAR alpha ELISA Kit

Linearity across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 was 94-102%, 85-99%, and 87-101% for serum; 83-101%, 87-93%, and 86-99% for EDTA plasma; and 80-99%, 81-97%, and 83-100% for heparin plasma. Recovery ranges were 86-103% (average 97%) for serum, 85-101% (average 94%) for EDTA plasma, and 88-102% (average 95%) for heparin plasma.
