Human Reticulocalbin 2 (RCN2) ELISA Kit

RCN2 (Reticulocalbin 2) is an endoplasmic reticulum-resident calcium-binding protein that participates in protein folding and quality control within the secretory pathway. This quantitative ELISA from Assay Genie enables researchers to measure human RCN2 concentrations in tissue homogenates and compatible biological sample types.

The kit employs a colorimetric readout configured in a microplate format supporting 96 assays per kit, and includes pre-coated plate strips, calibrated standards, detection antibody, and substrate solution.
