Human Response Gene To Complement 32 (RGC32) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie Human RGC32 ELISA Kit enables researchers to quantitatively measure Response Gene to Complement 32 (RGC32) protein levels across multiple experimental matrices. RGC32 functions as a complement-responsive cell cycle regulator and is widely investigated in studies of fibroblast activation, pulmonary and renal fibrosis, atherosclerosis, smooth muscle cell proliferation, and tumor progression in tissues including breast, colon and lung. The assay is specific for human RGC32 and exhibits no significant cross-reactivity with mouse or rat RGC32 homologs under standard assay conditions.

This colorimetric kit is supplied as 96 assays on a pre-coated microplate, containing capture antibody, biotinylated detection reagent, recombinant standards, wash buffer concentrate, streptavidin-HRP, substrate, and stop solution. Store at 4°C upon arrival; reagents should remain refrigerated until first use and the standard curve should be freshly diluted.
