Human REPS2 ELISA Kit

This Sandwich, Double Antibody ELISA kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative detection of human REPS2 (RalBP1-associated Eps domain-containing protein 2), also known as Partner of RalBP1, RalBP1-interacting protein 2, or POB1 (Uniprot Q8NFH8). The assay uses a pre-coated capture antibody, a biotin-conjugated detection antibody, and HRP-Streptavidin with a TMB substrate, with absorbance measured at 450 nm.

It is validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The reported detection range is 0.313–20 ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL. Spiked-sample recovery is 90–102% in serum (average 94%), 86–105% in EDTA plasma (average 94%), and 90–99% in heparin plasma (average 93%). The kit is intended for research use only, with reagents stored at 2–8°C.
