Assay Genie's RPA1 ELISA targets the 70 kDa largest subunit of Replication Protein A, a single-stranded DNA-binding complex essential for DNA replication, homologous recombination, and nucleotide excision repair. Quantifying RPA1 expression supports studies of DNA damage response pathways, cell cycle checkpoint activation, and genomic instability relevant to cancer biology, genotoxicity testing, and cell biology research.

The microplate kit ships with a pre-coated strip plate, biotinylated detection antibody, lyophilized recombinant standard, wash buffer concentrate, and chromogenic substrate sufficient for 96 determinations.
