Human Replication Initiator 1 (REPIN1) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie REPIN1 ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of Replication Initiator 1 in human research samples through a sandwich immunoassay workflow performed on a pre-coated 96-well microplate. REPIN1, also annotated as RIP60, acts as a sequence-specific DNA-binding factor implicated in replication origin activity and higher-order chromatin architecture, supporting investigations into cell cycle progression, DNA replication dynamics, and proliferation-linked oncology research.
