Human Renalase ELISA Kit

The workflow involves equilibrating reagents and the TMB substrate, loading standards and samples onto the pre-coated plate, incubating at 37°C for 90 minutes, adding a biotin-labelled detection antibody (60 minute incubation at 37°C), binding HRP-Streptavidin (30 minute incubation at 37°C), developing with TMB substrate in the dark for 10-20 minutes, and reading absorbance at 450 nm after adding stop solution. Renalase (RNLS, MAO-C, Uniprot Q5VYX0) is described in the literature as an enzyme linked to blood pressure regulation, kidney function, hypertension, chronic kidney disease and heart failure, making this kit a relevant tool for cardiovascular and renal research.
