Human Regenerating Islet Derived Protein 1 Beta (REG1b) ELISA Kit

Built around a pre-coated plate, the Assay Genie quantitative immunoassay enables in vitro measurement of Regenerating Islet-Derived Protein 1 Beta (REG1b) in human samples and is supplied as a complete pack of 96 assays intended for research use only. REG1b is a secreted calcium-dependent lectin expressed primarily by pancreatic acinar cells and gastrointestinal epithelium, where it has been linked to pancreatic injury, acute and chronic pancreatitis, mucosal inflammation, type 1 diabetes progression, and several gastrointestinal cancers. The kit is suitable for quantifying REG1b in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernatants, and matched serum or plasma aliquots from human donors.

Each box contains a microplate configured for 96 determinations, a biotinylated detection antibody, reference standards, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer, substrate solution, and stop solution — enough reagents to evaluate full sample panels, run a standard curve, and include internal controls in a single batch. The colorimetric readout is captured on a standard plate reader, and the workflow integrates directly into laboratories already running immunoassay pipelines.
