Regenerating islet-derived protein 4, also known as Reg4, is a secreted lectin-family protein expressed in gastrointestinal epithelium, where it supports mucosal regeneration and is frequently upregulated in pancreatic, gastric, and colorectal cancers and in inflammatory bowel disease.

The Assay Genie Human Reg4 ELISA Kit enables researchers to quantify this biomarker in cell culture supernatants, plasma, and serum, supporting translational studies that compare protein levels across patient samples, tumor-derived cell lines, or treated versus untreated tissue explant cultures.
